Went back to Whitley Secondary School for Teachers day with Rav,kenrick,jeff and pang ngee, really it was amazing to have such a new campus for student, the facilities are basically very good, imagine an indoor gymnasium and indoor basketball court, that was like the dream school that most of us wish to have during our secondary school days. We went up to the class that most of our memories are left at...the class of 4E2. The days sittting in class studying and writing on the board were really fond memories. MEt our form teacher Ms Tan, saw the performances seems like the students now are more energic and enthu which is gd =) ...and of course some stuff dont change i guess, the toilet stink of smoke and tissue paper at the top of the ceiling in the toilet the same old sights..
Many teachers have left since we were one students at WSS, some went on tho better schools, ST Joseph International, Cedar Girls, Anglo Chinese International. After that we had lunch at Crazy Angmoh at Hawker way, its just like another Botak Jones competitor, food was nt bad , but personal preference would definitely be botak jones. Bought a packet drink at the stall there, it led me to remember the times that i bought these drink from there always after school or CCA. Fond memories we had in sec school will never leave us.
Took a train ride back to Buona Vista, long joruney indeed. Bought green apple juice and a bottle of mineral water, saw some collegues lunching at the cafeteria will buying my drinks. Continued to work till about 7.15 . Headed down to Suntec with WK a Standley to see if there are any stuff, nth catched my eye though. Reached home about 10 pm and slept bout midnite. Tiring day it was really traveling to several places.

Lunch time blogging currently...morning as usual i left home about close to 8 , reached about 9, it has became a daily routine for me these days, from the morning to night, wake up, go work, reach home, work , sleep and the routine repeats. Didnt sleep well for past few days as well, dues to certain issues that i am do reflect upon myself everyday during the long mrt journeys to work, maybe being overtired was another cause of me not sleeping as well.
It's like 6 hours b4 i cna go home, looking forward to get off from work on the dot and not OT today. Gotta go out and relax myself, some catching up to do with the class later in the evening if they respond to me, most prob will bball with MC and the rest tmr. Lets see how the response would be for both occasion.
back to work b4 going for lunch....just have that wierd feeling in me that just something is missing somewhere or another....oh well....nth much i guess...prob due to overtiredness?

One of my colleagues came down to MOE to visit us, she is currently working part time, so would be working with her on the training materials and test cases matter sometimes bah...4th day of work was a hassle to go to work as usual, left home not that early reached about 8.45.
The day started out quite hectic, morning deployment was a disaster...with null pointer and blank screen...had to sent emails and test application for afternoon deployment....then came afternoon, had lunch at MOE canteen, food not bad....then da bao tea to workroom to continue working....had many tasks on hand...was doing till 8 pm , was the last one to leave the room at MOE, by the time i left MOE was quite deserted already with not many ppl around besides the guard. Took mrt back, many thoughts ran through my mind through the trips these days, reflecting on different issues...the cause and effect....
Mentally and physically tired at the moment , time to work now...hope eveyone out there doing fine for holidays....

Weather: Gloomy as it is night outside
The job is getting as dreadful as it can get....sometimes i think the OT money is just not worth the time..... currently waiting for MR team to deploy the application to the UAT environment, i have been waiting for the past like lets say 30 mins to 45 mins....damn i could be like home enjoying my basketball game....just nice ....7.50 game start....now im stuck here in this place....rotting...o well i should really consider my options...i want a pay rise...waiting aimlessly or doing work that does not deserve the pay is seriously not i want to do....
Oh well....back to what i am doing in the afternoon, doing the usual stuff, had lunch about 1 plus at the canteen in MOE, food still ok...but not that great....had chai fan....then had quite a number of issues to log down and update the status of it....really boring it was...sometimes i really thing doing these stuff really makes a person have no life....stuck in the same place for like 12 hours a days....doing stuff which does not worth an $8 per hour pay.....zzzzz....the thought of it pisses me off sometimes....and i havent get back my 180 hours of OT. Oh well, now i received a call saying i can go back now...time to go liaoz...blog more later....

Weather: Windy
Today was the same, as busy as usual, kenna scolded by for dunno what reason...kinda stun at the moment as i didnt face the specific issue when i did my testing but when it ran on UAT the user faced the problem. Guess its just like that working life, getting scolding from ur bosses around is really common. Picking up phones, answering user call, log down errors, send email etc, these issues sometimes seems easy but really time consuming at boring most of the time. It does get quite messy when the users send emails and the replies from every different source, tracing chain mails of different replies and updating the latest and better response really is a "painful" task.
Oh well, before i embark on my IPP journey, i was so looking forward to the end of my attachment as finally i am able to get my long awaited rest after a year, but well, it seems different, i am like working now....gottta get more rest ...zombieing everyday is really pathetic....hopefully i am able to find a niche area of work whereby i can work while enjoying....maybe in the future where web 2.0 exists...

Weather: Rainy
Back to MOE to work, it is the first day of work for me after attachment, a holiday job u would call it....worked till around 1 am...very tiring....sending mails, picking up calls, logging down bugs, solving issues...rushing ppl to fix bugs.
Guess it would be a good working experience instead of staying at home to play computers and stuff, however at the expense of not able to recharge for the new semester. Maybe would take breaks here and there as i am also going for Rational certification on the 8 of September. Guess would take some time to take some breaks in betweeen though it is a whole day course.....gotta sleep le ....nites

Weather: Sunny
These few days the weather is quite very hot, drinking a lot of water these days to quench my thirst. Am currently waiting for my customer to come back for me to close cases, am sitting at his desk now.....these 2 weeks have been stressful for me, i am required to close many cases a day but due to the bugs fixed would result in other errors, it requires me to thoroughly test through all the functions before i am able to start closing cases. At the same time, i have to rush out my report and presentation , report dateline would be this fri so that my OIC has about a week to look through my report. Presentation wise would be less tedious i guess, most probably i would include bits and pieces of my reports to present guess that would be sufficient enough.
Besides talking a bout work , i had managed to go for a bball session with MC, Ryan, XH and IZ. Was quite fun played till about noon. Went to arcade a while before heading home. Went to cut hair yesterday and had my dinner when i went home. Food was quite good.
Looks like my client coming back le, will update more again later....meanwhile everyone take care and JY for the end of semester!
